Delete your GoalPlate account
GoalPlate — co.goalplate.android
You can delete your GoalPlate account and its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent; there is no recovery period.
Cancel any subscription first.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. We cannot cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf, so deleting your account first would leave you being charged with no way to manage it. Cancel in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions, or through the billing portal if you subscribed on the web.
Delete from inside the app
- Open GoalPlate and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
If you can’t access the app
Email info@yzvision-solutions.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “GoalPlate account deletion request”. We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted

What is kept, and why
- Purchase records, with your identity removed. We keep a record that a given purchase was redeemed, with the link to you severed, so the same purchase cannot be redeemed again by someone else. It contains no personal data once your account is deleted.
- Payment provider records. Google Play and Paddle keep their own transaction records under their own policies and retention periods. We cannot delete those on your behalf — contact the provider directly.
- Operational logs. Server logs may briefly retain request metadata and are cleared automatically on a rolling basis.
